Carissa M. Giebel

Attorney

Carissa M. Giebel is a Wisconsin attorney and counselor, helping families throughout Northeast Wisconsin preserve their legacies. She is dedicated to providing comprehensive, highly personalized counsel in wealth preservation through estate planning. She is committed to helping her clients understand the foundation of estate planning and the value it provides for themselves and their loved ones. Her goal is to make a difference in your life and your family’s life for generations to come.

Law is more than a profession to Carissa, it’s her calling. She genuinely believes everyone should carefully consider their estate plan. Everyone has an estate plan, but for those who fail to proactively plan, the state will end up deciding how it’s structured. Carissa serves her clients by ensuring they all receive the information, guidance, and resources needed to pass their legacy on to their loved ones or any charity, church, or community organizations in which they have a strong personal involvement.

Carissa received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay, where she graduated cum laude. She majored in Business Administration, focusing on finance and economics. After graduation, she began her professional career in the banking industry as a credit analyst. She later earned her Juris Doctor degree from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Since graduating from law school, her legal career has been focused on comprehensive estate planning.

Carissa is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and a member of Wealth Counsel, a nationwide collaboration of estate planning attorneys and other legal, tax, and business professionals. She is also a member of the Wisconsin Council of Estate Planning Attorneys and the Outagamie County Bar Association.

Carissa grew up in Rosendale but now has a country home in Greenville where her family raises chickens, two cats, and a dog. Her time outside of work is enjoyed with her husband, Adam, and her children, Emery, Adalyn, and Liezel. They spend much of their free time up north near the Crivitz area. She loves to travel and was fortunate to get an opportunity to spend a year studying abroad in college in Australia and to backpack for seven weeks throughout Europe after college graduation. She is a volunteer at Alliance Church in Discovery Land with children and serves on the school board for New Springs Christian Academy in Neenah, Wisconsin.
